documentation. If we operate a website, it may collect information submitted through forms and technical information

We use information to prepare estimates; schedule and deliver lawn maintenance; communicate about appointments,
weather delays, invoices and payments; maintain service and accounting records; address customer concerns; improve

We may take property photographs for estimates, condition documentation, completed-work records, and dispute
resolution. We will obtain appropriate customer authorization before using identifiable property photographs in public
advertising or marketing.

We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards suited to our operations. No storage or transmission
method is guaranteed completely secure.
9. Retention
We keep information as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, maintain records, resolve concerns, and meet
applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Information no longer needed will be securely deleted or disposed of
when reasonably practicable.
10. Privacy Requests
Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by contacting us. We will review requests
under applicable law and may retain records required for legal, accounting, contractual, or legitimate business purposes.

Our services are intended for adults and authorized property representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal
information directly from children under 13.
